The Companie co-sponsored the Pas, along with the Canton and the Canton's Aegis Company. As a co-sponsor, we wanted to be a notable presence. We set up our gallery, a red and gold sunfly, and furnished it with chairs, rugs, cushions, and our customary lunch spread. The beads on the low table in the foreground are paternosters, period prayer beads or rosaries, that were used as tokens for people of note. There was even music. The Companie banner doubled as a fifth pole for the sunfly. Margery works on strapping a basket at the right, and Lady Savina's distaff wrapped in blue wool appears at the left.  Companie gallery
We created a lot of heraldic items, including silk banners, and the Honrable Lord Robert's helm with the gold stag crest. Lady Jentien's table sits in the background, in front of Arwen and Guillaume's gold and red sunshade. Robert's shield and helm

In addition, the ladies of the gallery coordinated wardrobes in the Companie colors. Lady Savina la Brune and Mistress Arwen Southernwood watch the tournament, with The Honorable Lord Guillaume just visible at the rear in gold and black. Mistress Maredudd's standard can be seen above the two ladies. The viewing stand at the left is the creation of Mistress Aindrea, Countess.  Savina & Arwen
Even the children were dressed in Companie colors. Rachel is on the left; Evan is on the right.  Rachel & Evan

Mistress Maredudd is holding Lord Robert's banner just behind Sir Frederick, followed none too closely by her son, Evan of Deerbourne in the gold jaquette and red chauses. The Honorable Lord Robert Deerbourne appears just to the left of Evan, the gold side of his surcote facing the camera. Golden Lyon Processing
A few steps into the procession. From the right, the ladies in red are Mistress Arwen and Lady Savina; Sir Frederick is processing just behind Savina, and Mistress Maredudd appears to the right of Frederick, preparing to process behind him. Lord Robert is out of sight behind his knight, and our third fighter, Lady Jentien appears in the full-faced helm with black and white mantling just to the left of Frederick. The line of fighters and entourage to the right of Mistress Maredudd are the venans of the day's tournament. The Companie processes
